BEJ-E15 1.5T Electric Forklift Configuration Description
The BEJ-E15 1.5T electric forklift is equipped with pure cast iron counterweights for stable and reliable overall performance. Both the drive motor and lifting motor are rated at 5KW, realizing stable and sufficient power output. Fitted with a high-precision digital controller adopting advanced algorithms and vector control technology, the forklift delivers accurate response and stable operation during all working conditions.
This electric forklift is equipped with a high-efficiency hydraulic system and buffer cylinders, ensuring smooth and steady lifting and lowering motions. The hydraulic system is integrated with a microswitch to achieve precise flow distribution, effectively reducing power consumption and realizing energy-saving operation. The gantry adopts national standard profiles with solid structure and excellent load-bearing performance. Matched with a reinforced rear axle and heavy-duty cast reinforced drive axle, the forklift features higher structural stability, stronger load capacity and longer service life, suitable for various complex operation scenarios.
The BEJ-E15 1.5T electric forklift is configured with a 2-stage 3-meter gantry and an intelligent multifunctional multilingual instrument panel, which intuitively displays real-time operating data for convenient and efficient operation. The whole machine adopts solid tires, which are wear-resistant, durable and highly adaptable to various complex ground conditions. The standard lithium battery is equipped with a BMS intelligent battery management system. Built-in battery automatic heating function supports real-time monitoring of battery voltage, current and temperature, providing comprehensive and accurate battery protection to guarantee operational safety and prolong battery service life.
This forklift supports 4-speed high and low travel speed adjustment and is equipped with a hill hold function to greatly improve operation safety. It is standardly equipped with 100A fast charging, with 200A or higher fast charging available as an optional upgrade. A fingertip control system is optional for selection.
