Malaysian Client Travels to Shandong Beijun Marketing Center for Rough Terrain Forklift Field Test Recently, an engineering equipment buyer from Malaysia came to Shandong Beijun Marketing Center to carry out on-site test operations of rough terrain forklifts, after connecting with our team.

Malaysia features numerous unpaved job sites, palm plantations and sand yards with muddy, uneven ground. The client was seeking durable, low-maintenance rough terrain forklifts. After preliminary online communication and document review, the client hoped to verify the actual performance including climbing capacity, off-road traction and lifting stability in person.

Within our test area, the buyer tested our 3-ton and 5-ton rough terrain forklifts repeatedly over bumpy ground and slopes. He focused on steering sensitivity, 4WD power output and braking reliability. He also enquired about engine certifications, spare part lead time and after-sales support arrangements.

The client talked about local operating pain points in Malaysia: high temperature and humid environment, timely spare parts supply and local technical support. Our team presented heat dissipation upgrades and spare part package solutions customized for Southeast Asian working conditions.

The client was pleased with the on-site performance of the forklifts. The two parties discussed model configuration, delivery timeline and possible distributor cooperation for the Malaysia market.
