Project Background This outdoor stockyard stores bulk industrial supplies and seasonal goods. The site has no hardened pavement. The ground becomes muddy and slippery after seasonal rainfall, bringing great difficulties to daily loading and transfer work.
Site Challenges Ordinary forklifts lack enough traction on wet muddy ground. Vehicles often slip or get stuck, causing delayed loading progress. The uneven terrain also leads to unstable lifting and potential safety risks.
Solution & Equipment Selection According to the site’s seasonal muddy working environment, a full 4WD rough terrain forklift was adopted. Large deep-tread tires increase friction with soft ground. High ground clearance and reinforced chassis adapt to bumpy and muddy road conditions.
Operation Outcome The 4WD forklift maintains stable driving and lifting performance even on rainy muddy days. The stuck and slipping problems are completely solved. The overall working efficiency of the stockyard is greatly improved, and seasonal weather no longer affects daily operation progress.
